Hi, my name is Henrik. I have used OptimizePress for many years. It is the best webpage building tool I have come across. This is my honest and in-depth review of OptimizePress. I am only reviewing plugins and platforms I have personally used myself.
If you want to build professional looking website pages, sales pages, sales funnels, forms, membership sites and more without coding and without any prior knowledge, OptimizePress is for you. OptimizePress is a beginner friendly webpage builder and is easy to learn. And the best part is, you won’t have to learn or use any code such as HTML, CSS or other coding language. OptimizePress is a WordPress plugin and theme (WordPress is free to use) and is a webpage building tool that helps you create professional looking webpages. I have expertise in using OptimizePress. I have taken advantage of all its features over the many years I have used it and am impressed with how they keep adding features and improving this plugin. It is the best webpage building tool I have come across.
Some Review sites say that OptimizePress is not for building websites. I disagree. Though this plugin/theme has the main purpose of creating landing pages and more (see below), you can build a beautiful website with OptimizePress. This page was built using the sales page template.
This versatile plugin is easy to learn and to use. Just point and click and/or drop and drag. Beginner and professional Internet marketers will love it. It is an all in one platform that includes everything needed to build converting webpages and forms.
OptimizePress was created in 2010 and currently has over 125,000 users.

Why I Use OptimizePress
[/text_block]
I personally use OptimizePress. This page was created in OptimizePress. This plugin saves me so much time, money and frustration. A long time ago when I started building webpages I had to learn coding. For me it was very difficult to learn and there was so much to comprehend. Back then another option I had was to hire a web builder, but it cost a lot of money. I can still hire someone to create my pages but OptimizePress makes it so easy I don’t have to. Each page you create turns leads into customers.
As plugins became more available, and after trying different plugins, OptimizePress became my favorite go-to theme/plugin.
After just a few minutes watching the easy to follow OptimizePress tutorials, I learned how it worked and started building the pages right away. I now build webpages, forms and landing pages with ease in OptimizePress.

I love how versatile and compatible OptimizePress is. The dashboard is easy to follow with every option you will need to create converting pages.
After you have installed OptimizePress you will have the option of visiting the Dashboard. The dashboard is easy to navigate. It contains the settings for licensing, integrations, and templates. Unlike many other plugins OptimizePress 3 has a separate dashboard plugin. It links to the OP3 plugin. After installing it you will be asked to enter the licensing number for your OP3 plugin. Click Here to watch an overview of the OptimizePress Dashboard.

OptimizePress Quantitative Measurements
How OptimizePress measures up in various categories of performance.
When looking at quantitative measurements of OptimizePress 3 here are the three basic categories of performance.
1.Powerfulness.
2. Responsiveness
3. Efficiency
Powerfulness of OptimizePress 3
The speed of a plugin is one indication of the powerfulness of a plugin. OptimizePress 3 can be affected by memory settings. The speed of OptimizePress 3 can be affected by WordPress memory settings and PHP settings. In WordPress set the memory limit to a minimum of512MB.) WordPress memory limit set to 256MB or 512MB – using the code: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’) you can set the memory to much higher. IIn the php.ini file the minimum memory limit must be set to at least 512M (like this: memory_limit = 512M). If you have the settings lower than these listed, the site will slower. Google includes page speed in its determination of placement on page one. I have large sites with OptimizePress landing pages. I personally set the memory at: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘5000M’)
Processing Capacity and Responsiveness of OptimizePress
Page speed and speed in responsiveness of the plugin adds to the powerfulness of a site. Plugins can affect the page speed and their own responsiveness.
I noticed a huge improvement in the speed and responsiveness of how the OptimzePress 3 editor loads. It is noticeably quicker than the previous versions and other plugin I have tried. The new and improved speed makes the creation of the pages so much easier and faster.Per the OptimizePress website there has been a 400% increase in the speed of opening and editing in the platform. The increased speed lowered my stress level when I am developing the websites and the landing pages.
The Powerfulness of OptimizePress also comes from its ability to integrate with many 3rd party software. Its email integration is very powerful. I love how versatile OptimizePress is when integrating with my email marketing service. Here is a list of the compatible services you can use in OptimizePress for your email marketing campaigns.
OptimizePress also integrates with my social media platforms; Facebook and Twitter, which I find extremely helpful when I am running my marketing campaigns. In addition it includes an integration with Google Maps through its Google Map element.
The improved responsiveness of OptimizePress adds to the powerfulness of OptimizePress 3.
Reliability of OptimizePress
I personally have found OptimizePress very reliable. I have never found the plugin to be slow down a website of mine or have any security issues like many plugins out there have.
Efficiency of OptimizePress
Once again speed comes into play when analyzing efficiency of a plugin. Speed has increased dramatically in the newest updates of OptimizePress. Measuring the efficiency and performance of a website is critical. Not only is Google checking the speed to determine page one placement, you want your visitors to have a good experience an fast load speed. This also helps with site conversion.
You do have to take into account all your plugins when checking web page load speed but you can be assured that your OptimizePress 3 pages will load ‘lightening fast’ as they say on the OptimizePress website.

What Sets OptimizePress Apart from its Competitors
OptimizePress vs ClickFunnels
I have used both OptimizePress and ClickFunnels. I have found that OptimizePress offers so much more as far as integration and is much cheaper. Once you have OptimizePress installed on WordPress there are no more expenses. Once you purchase ClickFunnels you have to stay with them and pay an expensive monthly fee since they host your landing pages and if you cancel you lose all your page and all your work. It can get very expensive. ClickFunnels doesn’t integrate well with email platforms and has bugs. Though OptimizePress support can be challenging you can eventually make contact. ClickFunnels support is practically non-existent. Building a landing page in OptimizePress 3 is much more user friendly than ClickFunnels. OptimizePress integrates with many more 3rd party platforms than ClickFunnels. ClickFunnels is strictly for building sales funnels and not actually webpages and sites like OptimizePress which you can rank on page one of Google. If you want sales from a page built in ClickFunnels you have to purchase paid ads to reach potential customers and that ads to the expense. You can also find affiliates to help market your product or service that you are promoting. ClickFunnels has something called Backpack that helps you do that but of course it will cost you. When I compare OptimizePress 3 to Clickfunnels I prefer OptimizePress.
OptimizePress vs Hubspot
I have used both OptimizePress and Hubspot.
I used Hubspot when I was consulting for a company that had their website set up on Hubspot. Hubspot is a CRM platform that you pay monthly for. If you stop the service or the company goes out of business you lose your website and all the hard work you put into it. Because of the difficulties the company I consulted for had setting up the site in Hubspot, many things couldn’t be changed the way they needed it to be so they had to create a blog on Hubspot to push traffic to the original site. Adding pages and making changes were a bit confusing in the beginning. It does have many options for marketing the site. Integration with the number of email platforms is limited compared to OptimizePress. Hubspot has phone support. OptimizePress does not. Hubsport offers a free trial. OptimizePress does not. OptimizePress does integrate with Hubspot. Because websites are developed in Hubspot and not WordPress there are no plugins available to expand to other functions. In the long run OptimizePress is less expensive. Once you have OptimizePress installed on WordPress there are no more expenses. Once you purchase Hubspot you have to stay with them and pay the monthly fee because they host your website. Because OptimizePress is a WordPress plugin you won’t lose your content on the website but will lose access features. Hubspot doesn’t integrate well with some email platforms. OptimizePress doesn’t offer phone support. Hubspot does. I found building a landing page in OptimizePress 3 is much more user friendly than Hubspot. Both OptimizePress and Hubspot sites can be ranked in Google. Personally I like working in OptimizePress 3 over Hubspot.
OptimizePress vs Get Response
I’ve been a Get Response user in the past. The features seemed enticing. I had a lot of difficulty setting up the email campaigns. Many times I could get them to work at all and support wasn’t able to help. I spent hours upon hours setting them up just to have them fail. After starting over and over I gave up. Originally Get Response was an email campaign software. They have moved into a website program. Building a website in Get Response can be challenging. There are many good features included though accessing them can be a cause of frustration when it signs you out if you visit the resource library. Unlike OptimizePress you have to pay a monthly fee to use their services, like email marketing tools, marketing automation tools, ecommerce marketing. Your payments depend on the number of subscribers you have. You could pay up to $700.00 a month for 10k subscribers. In Get Response you can build a website and you won’t need any coding just like OptimizePress, but it is not very user friendly. As you can probably tell I am not a Get Response fan. I like the ease of creating websites in OptimizePress and use the integration ability with my email platform.
